Can you believe it?? Michael thought My Muffins were a Packet mix, sigh!! So No they aren't, they are Stephanie Alexander's base recipe and then I add the Banana, Pecan, Choc Chips and honey to the mix to make them yummo!!!

Okay so apparantly someone at Michael's Station asked for the recipe and that's when he said that!! That's why I have put the recipe up here for whoever wants it LOL.

WARNING: THESE ARE NOT WEIGHT WATCHERS FRIENDLY MUFFINS, THEY ARE FULL OF FAT!!!

So I suggest you only make a batch if you are going to freeze some or you are doing what I do and sending some to work for the hungry Ambos!!

Okay well that's it for now! Off to make Michael's dinner before he heads off to work for nightshift!!

Woo Hoo I won Layout of the Week at MOOTWO

And it was for the layout I did with my Kit!! Awesome!!
Anyway I was very happy and it cheered me up no end LOL. I was so surprised to have won cause the layouts chosen for layout of the day are always such awesome pages done by all the fabulous scrappers there at Mootwodesigns and so it's no easy feat LOL. I love this photo of me getting out of the car, with my bouquet and my Lamont Tartan shawl that belonged to my Grandmother and my Pearls that were a loan from my Mum. So for the OLD, NEW, BORROWED, BLUE
thing, the old is the Ring I am wearing that was my Gran Conroy's pearl ring! The New was My Garter that I made for the wedding and the Borrowed are the Pearls and the Blue is the Shawl, so I was totally covered for Wedding superstitions LOL!!
Well yesterday was Australia Day here down under but I didn't do much apart from scrapping Heath and I did another layout with some of my stuff.
It's another wedding layout, I don't think I have scrapped these photos though so always something new LOL. The kit I made here I am calling Precious Paisley. I think I will start on some of the guest photos soon and that will be something different LOL.
Okay so Michael is working tonight and I am wondering what to cook him for dinner, although I can't give him a lot as it makes it harder for him on his ride to work LOL!! I know how it is, when I ride I have to have an empty
stomach or I get aweful cramping, and that's not good!!! LOL.
Well I have been sussing out the route we should take to Brisbane and I am in two minds about taking the Inland or Coast. Actually there are two inland roads too so I am just trying to take the one that has the least mountains etc. I don't want to be climbing hills and windy roads all the way. I guess with us getting in at 6pm and then by the time we get the car off and get on our way it will be 7pm so we might make it to Albury if we are lucky and then have to stop for the night! I am thinking we will manage it in two days, that would be great cause then I can have a day there before flying home on the 21st.
Okay well I am off to check out what everyone else has been up to, have a great day everybody!!

Tragedy of Heath Ledger's Passing

At only 28 years of age we have lost
the biggest Success of Australian film in recent years. I was shattered when I heard the news and literally ran to the TV when I heard them say it on Sunrise. Oh My God, what a great loss for the Australian Film Industry and for all his fans. I know Leanne will be heartbroken too. Hugs Hun!! He was such a gorgeous guy and a fabulous actor, very shy and a wonderful, proud Daddy to little Matilda. He was going to turn 29 on 4th April.
I am not going to go into the why's of his tragic death, I am only going to say that I am certain he didn't commit Suicide!! The Stilnox that he was taking is what I believe did it. Michael, an Ambulance Officer, as you know, says that is very dangerous stuff and they are always going to people who have overdosed accidentally on it.

So I have been a bit blue the past three days over this aweful news, and feel so Heartbroken especially for Matilda, his 2 year old daughter!!
I Can't help but think of Michael Hutchence and how these little girls will grow up without their Daddy.
Okay so I scrapped Heath in the last few days. I used Blue Fantasy by Terrell Sanzone for the ones of heath on his own, the perfect kit name for how I feel at the moment.
For the layout with Matilda on his shoulders I used Terrell Sanzone's Mardi Gras Blog Train kit, in memory of happier times with her daddy!!
I have nothing more on the subject, I think about it so much that I don't want to overload by blogging every detail as well.
Okay so I am off for the big road trip on Thursday, well to help prepare for it at least. My son Christopher has to find somewhere to live and so I am going early to help him move too. Mum is pretty organised though so there won't be much to do with her place!! She is having her garage sale today so hopefully she will get rid of the stuff she is trying to sell and we won't have to dispose of much when I go down.
Well that's it from me for now, take care and I hope all is well with you wherever you are!!

Watch This Space LOL!!

Well it is 7.30 here in Sydney and Michael has scored an overtime shift so I have all day to play with all the new kits TerrellS has posted for Me and Doreen to play with so I will be here for a while today and should post some layouts later in the day!! So Watch this space LOL!!
We had an interesting day yesterday, I got up and went to my Weight Watchers Meeting. I put on 300g, damn it!! But I have to say I haven't been the best at tracking this last week and was skipping meals so I think I was taking in too much in my evening meal LOL!! So When I got back I had to get lunch done and then off to see my friend Sue. She works for Meals on Wheels for the elderly and was stuck at work for 2 hours with not much to do so I caught up with her while she worked and answered a total of only two calls LOL!! Oh well she's being paid to sit there I guess!! After that I got home and immediately changed into my biking gear and we drove down to the end of our usual ride and proceeded to ride to Kurnell to see what we thought about adding it to our already 26km ride. From there to Kurnell is about the same distance so we would be doubling the distance. There were steady inclines and I seemed to handle them alright but I don't think I would after riding the other distance already so we are going to just add some of it to our existing ride!! As long as we are increasing the distance a little it will help with improving our conditioning so we don't get too comfortable with the ride and our bodies are still working. I know for a fact that it must be doing something cause I feel less jiggling of my legs as I pedal LOL!! So there must be less flabby fat there mustn't there !!!!?
Okay well I'm off to play for a while and then do some designing later this after noon, hope everyone is well and will post back later with some layouts!!
Hugs

Not a Lot...

....going on here today, I looked up how much it will cost to take the car on the ferry to the Mainland with Mum and if we go on the Saturday we can get a day sailing which is only $99 each and $61 for the car, so that's not bad!! I still have to book the flight down and the flight from Brisbane back home again. This I shall do when the credit card has gone down after Michael's payday!!
My Poor Darling... you have to put up with so much from me I know, you are so gorgeous for tolerating me and my to-ing and fro-ing between here and Tassie, hopefully after Mum is settled things will settle down for us too!!God I wish we were back home, things would be so much easier and so many things would never have had to happen, sigh!!
Okay, enough self pity!!! On to some layouts. The first one I did with a new kit I made last night, I basically did the layout to make sure that it was all in working order so to speak!! I think I'm pretty happy with it!! I did two kits so getting somewhere LOL!!
The next one is with TerrellS' Alex's Asian Kit, fabulous colours in this asian feel kit but so versatile that you could scrap almost anything with it. The pic in this is when we went out for dinner in September before I headed home again. The four of us at the back of the pic went to Melbourne for 4 days on a girls weekend and had a ball!!
My Mum is in the bottom right corner and Alf and Bev are in the foreground. Christopher took the photo for us!!
This next one is My Dad (where the arrow is) it was taken in Singapore at Changi!! So it was the perfect thing to use Alex's Asian by TerrellS again for this very important photo of my Dad when he was only 19 and training to be an Argylle in the British Army, that was when he met my Mum, well not met her, they became penpals and then he met her when he returned home to Scotland.
Don't you love the hats they are wearing LOL!! My Dad was a real catch too, not bad at all, very easy on the eyes LOL!!
Okay well I am going to run off and see some TV before bed. Michael is working and so I'm on my lonesome, but it also means I get the whole bed to myself, LOL. I hope you are all well and taking care of yourselves and eachother LOL!!

Hugs

Tracy :)

MooTwoDesigns Layout of the Day & Divine Diva of the Day

Well I had a lovely surprise email to tell me I had been chosen for Layout of the Day at Mootwodesigns on January 15th.
There are some super talented scrappers over at mootwodesigns and if you go here you can see the other Layouts chosen this week and at the end of the week you can even vote for one of them to become Layout of the Week.
They also have Layout of the month which will be up for voting, you guessed it, at the end of January LOL.
Here is the layout that got it. I was so pleased that I got such great feedback for the new kit Dear Diary. It always makes my day when I get such great feedback LOL.
But wait there's more, on 12th January I was chosen as Divine Diva of the day for my layout "Gran and Pappa" which was created using Terrell Sanzone's kits. I had so much fun doing this layout of my Grandparents' wedding photo and it was such a surprise to be chosen.
They have a thread where they put up a scrapper's layout every day and members leave you love, which is always nice LOL.
So things have gone quiet here over the last few days, we have been having early nights with Michael back at work and I guess tomorrow night when he is working night shift I might do ome scrapping and pull an alnighter, we'll see LOL.

Above is a calendar I did with Gloria Val Verde's Template for the paint the Barn Challenge at MooTwoDesigns.
Oh I almost forgot to tell you about the FREEBIE over at Terrell Sanzone's Blog she has her Artsy Kit up for her readers so if you want a fabulous layout head on over there after you've finished here at my place, LOL. There are some really cool elements in it and the papers rock too!!
Also if you go to Stone Accents Studio and check out the Designer Give Away Challenge you can get TerrellS' Twilight Dance Kit at 50% off and when you do a layout with it and post it in the gallery then post the link in the Challenge thread you'll get a really cool add-on to complete this awesome kit!!

Okay, gotta run and get some housework done and work out what I'm going to do for dinner, maybe pitta pizza and salad, hmm, yeah that sounds good!! Have a great day!!

Well I am officially hitting a goal!!! I have lost over 10% of my Bodyweight, Woo Hoo!! I only lost 200g on tuesday but hey after 2 big weeks of losses (1kg and 1.3kg the next week) I am still happy enough!! I have been riding my bike and have decided I should do the shorter route but do it every day so that I keep up the condition, otherwise when you do the long one after a break it kills you LOL. We are thinking of extending our long route which is currently 26km round trip, to Kurnell, which is the same distance again so all up a round trip of over 50km, wow, don't know how I'll go with that, will definitely need a rest in the middle of it LOL. At least I have a more reliable bike LOL.

Thanks to all the people who left me some love for the Sea Breeze Freebie!! There have been 46 downloads and about 1/3 of the people who downloaded the kit left me some love, so can't complain too much about that.
Have you joined mootwodesigns and got the newsletter in the last few days, I got mine yesterday and I am the Featured Scrapper, woo hoo!! How exciting, I did ramble on a bit in the interview and there are a few typos (on my part LOL) Also over at Mootwodesigns, TerrellS' Alex's Asian
Kit is on special and so is Tracy's Love,
the kit she made for me (Gotta love
that Gal!) so go grab some Beautiful
kits of hers while they are reduced in price!!
The layouts to the right, the ones with red in them LOL, are all done with Alex's Asian Kit by TerrellS. Very versatile and so rich in colour! I really love it!!
Also over on TerrellS' Blog she has an Artsy Freebie, 80meg of gorgeousness!! This was a freebie at one of the sites but now she is offering it up on her blog so get in while it is there!! Don't forget to leave her some love!! And don't share her files, just send people who want the freebie to her blog to get it themselves, you know the drill LOL!!
The layout to the right here I made with Shannon Fahrnbach's Winter Kit which she had up on her blog as a freebie in 3 parts. If you're lucky it will still be on offer over there!!
The photo is from our wedding in 2004. This is us with my Family. From left along the front there is Steven (My brother) Mandy (his Partner) Auntie Frances, Auntie Mary, Me (In the White Meringue) My Mum, My Auntie Hellen, giggling on the end there, the back row is My Auntie Betty (also My Godmother) My uncle Bobby, Chris is poking up behind Mary, Auntie Joan from Italy, Michael blowing in my ear LOL, My cousin Linda and her mum and my
autie, Charlotte! The littlies at the
front are My Niece and flower girl

Gabriella and Linda's daughter and
my second cousing Melissa, phew!!!
Okay this next one is of me being a Bride!! We were just going to use our own cars and not bother hiring any but Michael's Mum and Dad booked us two Statesmans, very nice, leather interior and with the ribbon and Tracy Doll on the hood of the car, as you do LOL!!! I love this pic of me getting out of the car, I had to tell Chris to help me out and instead of taking his mother by the hand he grabbed my wrist, so dainty LOL!! I had to be so careful that I didn't catch the dress on my heels LOL. So glad I had it altered and the train taken off. Sue came to the rescue at the last minute and fixed my sleeves too!! Thanks Sue!!! That's my Auntie Sue

on Michael's side of the family,

I love her to bits!!

Okay here's another one, this is me and michael in 1996 or 1997. Ah when we were younger LOL. He had a bit of a Shakespearean thing going on with the hair and goatie then LOL. He was also drum-majoring for Derwent Valley Marching Band and went to Canada that year with them to the Calgary Stampede!! This is also the last time I was really thin, although I was a bit too thin in the face at times and, wouldn't you know it, I still had a big bum and thighs, only answer to that is amputation LOL!!

The kit, I hear you ask!?? Well this is the second kit I have made. I am trying to get the colours to be a bit more subdued than the blues were in the last kit. I even made the feathers, which I was quite chuffed with. And there are some Bookmarks and a pencil and heaps of papers, it's called Dear Diary, by Ambowife aka Tracy Rundle. It does go quite well with that photo, hmmm!!

Alright so now that I am getting into the designing side of digi, I thought I better make a No Piracy sign for the files, LOL. I thought, I can't use anything then I remembered old George (Michael's Recent Skeleton Purchase, LOL) and I went off into the study and took some snapshots of him, extracted the skull and two ulnas (I think that's what they're called, you know the upper arm bone) and made a skull and cross bones. Then I thought, he looked too white and new, so I started to grunge him

up with some over laid texture and used to burn tool then took some teeth out and deepened the eye sockets and voila, much more Piratey!! I just was so pleased with the result and Michael was amazed, LOL. Oh and I did the cutout and burn thing on the paper like a treasure map thingy LOL.
Finally, but most importantly, check out this awesome layout by Doreen aka Beachnut999. Thank for doing wonders with Sea Breeze Doreen, you Rock Girl!!! I love this picture of you!!

Okay I've chewed your ears off enough for one day LOL. I hope all is well on your side of the world or where ever when ever you are.

Have a great Day!!!
Tracy
